Space Availability

Meeting rooms and study room bookings at the Lafayette Public Library in Colorado are canceled through December.
Spaces are unavailable for booking until further notice.
To obtain a refund or a credit if you had paid for a space, please fill out this form:

  • For rates/details: Click on INFO or space name
  • How to book time on grid:
    • Within 3 days of start date: cannot view availability or book online. Use Next Available to jump ahead.
    • Spaces cannot be booked more than 6 months in advance.
    • Select green slot for start time; for more or less than one hour, adjust with arrow next to displayed end time.
    • Include setup/teardown time in your request; entire slot must be during Library open hours
      • Library Hours: Monday-Thursday 10am - 8pm, Fridays and Saturdays 10am - 5pm, Sundays 1-5pm
  • Free use of paid space: Fees are ONLY waived for: Library-sponsored events and meetings, Lafayette city government use, and events approved by the Library Director that are related to the Library’s mission.
  • Pay in person, by phone (303-661-1162), or by mail: include event name and date, checks payable to City of Lafayette. Address: Lafayette Public Library, Attn: Meeting Rooms, 775 W. Baseline Road, Lafayette, CO 80026.
  • Cancel: use the link provided in your approval confirmation email. If you already paid, and it is 48 hours or more before your event, you may request a refund using this form.
CITY STAFF ONLY: Use fees will be waived after booking. For city events open to the public, include a detailed description. To book after-hours times, add those requests in the notes. To book within 3 days of event, email the Library using this link.
