Program Details
Dates and times for the series will be discussed at this informational meeting.

The Space Science Institute and Lafayette Public Library are looking for teen volunteers (grade 8-12) who can participate in cutting edge NASA research (and get volunteer credit!). Teen volunteers will have the Space Science Institute prototype activities and strategies for including libraries and teens in citizen science activities. This particular citizen science activity involves 'listening' to particles from the Sun, and interpreting their meaning.

This opportunity is perfect for students who have an existing interest in space science, are interested in being educators in the future, or just want to learn more about possible careers in science and education!
