First Day to Submit Entries for "Beautiful/Gender-full" Paper Doll Fashion Show
June is Pride Month! To celebrate, the Library is hosting an art show in our Upper Galleries to feature art made by members of our community! Everyone is invited to participate in creating their own gender pride avatar paper doll for this event.
Pick up your paper doll take-home packet at the Adult Services desk upstairs between in June.
You can also create a paper doll at the art opening at the Muse on Tuesday, June 8 from 5-7pm; see the art, enjoy live music and light refreshments, and then create your paper doll!
The Paper Doll Fashion Show will be on display upstairs at the Lafayette Library from Friday, June 11-Wednesday, July 7.
All participants are automatically entered to win a free drawing for one ticket for a performance at the Muse, and a $25 gift card to East Simpson Coffee Shop in Lafayette. After the show, pick up your doll at the Adult Services Desk at the Lafayette Library between July 8-July 22.
