Lafayette Learns: Restorative Sound Bath
Adults and older teens - unwind and restore with a relaxing sound bath designed to calm the nervous system and promote deep relaxation. Participants rest comfortably while immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments. The gentle vibrations can help reduce stress, improve relaxation, and support overall well-being. No experience is required—simply come as you are and enjoy an hour of rest and renewal.
Please bring a yoga mat, blankets, and pillows for head and/or knee support as needed for comfort.
Registration is not required but space is limited.
