SRP Event - Alebrije Workshop with Mexican Cultural Center
All ages - join the Library and the Arts and Cultural Resources Department for an up-close view of the traveling exhibit of "Alebrije, Xolotl: Dios Perro" by renowned Mexican artist Oscar Becerra-Mora, followed by an opportunity to learn how to make your own alebrije. "Xólotl: Dios Perro" showcases Becerra-Mora’s mastery of cartonería, and is his take on a mythological creature from the Aztec culture.
