Tune into Nature - “The Geese are Cackling!”
Adults and older teens - join us for Tune into Nature, part of our Lafayette Learns series, for a fun introduction to geese--right in time for the fall migration!
The Cackling Goose, formerly considered a subspecies of the Canada Goose, is the most numerous goose in Colorado. Canada Geese live here all year long and a number of other geese migrate through or winter here.Join amazing teen ornithologists, Owen Robertson and Kieran Schnitzspah, for a fun and very informative introduction to geese in our region and our state.
