Black History Storytelling with Nyibol Bior
Families - join us as we celebrate Black history through storytelling. Youth author Nyibol Bior presents "Changing Your Blues to Blue Skies," followed by an art activity. Free copies of her book, "My Beautiful Colors," will be available while supplies last.
About the author
Nyibol Bior is a K-12 teacher and former refugee born in South Sudan. "My Beautiful Colors" is a story about how colors have multiple and opposite meanings, and how colors taught Bior to treat herself and others with respect and dignity.
