Maker Mondays: Knitting 101 - Register
Adults 18 and older - sign up for a 4-session workshop to learn the basics of knitting! This class will meet on Jan. 30, Feb. 6, Feb. 13, and Feb. 27 (no class Feb. 20).
- Week one: knit and purl stich.
- Week two: cast on and off.
- Weeks three and four: pattern reading, and knitting a hat as the final project!
Materials needed: One skein of chunky yarn, 16" US 15 circular needles, and US 15 double-pointed needles.
About Maker Mondays
Each month is a new craft or skill. Sign up for the whole series. Classes may be taught in the Makerspace, Conference Room, or seating area outside the Makerspace.
