Maker Mondays: Sashiko (Visible Mending) - Register
Adults 18 and older - sign up for a single-session Sashiko workshop. You'll learn simple stitches to renew, repair, and repurpose your favorite clothes or make over your favorite garment with visible mending techniques. During this workshop, you will become familiar with the running, back, blanket, and eyelet stiches; and some tips and trick to extend the life of your clothes.
Schedule: This is a single-session class, available on multiple Mondays. Content and skills taught are the same for each date.
Materials: Needles, threads, and fabric scraps will be provided. Feel free to bring a garment in need of repair.
Location: Conference Room, lower level
Registration note: Register for one session using the Begin Registration button. Use Show Alll dates to view alternate classes. All dates except the final Monday in June are now open for registration (final class registration opens June 9).

Each month is a new craft or skill (some are taught in a series while others are individual signups). Classes may be taught in the Makerspace, Conference Room, or seating area outside the Makerspace.
