Maker Mondays: Stamp-Making - Register
Adults 18 and older - sign up for a 3-session workshop in December to learn how to use software programs and equipment in the Studio 775 Makerspace to create custom stamps for personal use! Learn how to: digitize hand-drawn designs or use software like Canva or Adobe Illustrator to create a design, create a stamp handle using the 3D Printer, etch and cut designs with linoleum using the Glowforge laser cutter, assemble your stamp, and learn stamping techniques--just in time for the holidays. This class will meet on Mondays from 1:30-3:30pm from Dec. 4-18. The class will cover:
- Week 1: Designing your stamp
- Week 2: 3D Printing your handle and laser etching/cutting your design
- Week 3: Stamping application and techniques
